Terms of Service

BY COMMISSIONING RUKKI TORUNE (ARTIST), YOU (CLIENT) ARE AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW:

【GENERAL INFORMATION】

1. Artist reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.2. Artist reserve the right to all copyrights over the artwork, which include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion.3. Artist does not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties depicted in the artwork.4. Client cannot resell the artwork to another individual, company, for AI learning websites or as NFTs.5. Artist should be informed of any deadlines, otherwise it will be completed between 3 weeks to 12 weeks with the exception of physical products (up to 24 weeks). Artist will inform the Client of any delays.6. Due to health reasons, the Artist cannot do rushed commissions. If the Client would like to set up a deadline, please give the Artist 3 months in advance notice.7. Client must be transparent on the usage and type of commission. Artwork sizes and quotes will differ on each individual project (personal, commercial, custom, live2D).8. Client cannot claim the Artist’s work as their own. Credit is required for all commission types. Please credit the Artist/Mama/Papa (depending on the commission type) as @rukki_torune in a clearly visible place such as the profile or about page.9. Artist is not responsible if the Client failed to read the terms and conditions that are provided.10. T.O.S. and prices are subjected to change at any time - will be dated.11. For any questions, please feel free to ask the Artist through email, twitter, or discord.

1. Commercial use commissions may be used on the type of commercial usage agreed upon the Client and Artist.2. Client may not edit or trace the artwork.3. Prices will vary depending on the scale of the project.

【ART COMMISSIONS】

1. Client will provide visual references of the character. Please provide references for the pose, clothes, mood, etc.2. Client may request 2 major revisions (pose or expression change) during the sketch process only.3. Client may request 3 minor revisions (color adjustments and minor details) at any time.4. Client will receive a high resolution PNG of the artwork. No physical goods will be shipped with the exception being custom goods commissions.

1. Prices may vary based on design complexity.2. Single color and transparent backgrounds are free.3. Other backgrounds and extra props are an additional fee, starting at $20.4. Additional characters are 25% off based on design complexity.5. Privacy fee: 10% of the total price. Commission is kept private until the time of the debut.6. Open to commercial commissions for merchandise use upon discussion.

【CHIBI / YCH】

$40+

1. Chibi are drawn simplified unless discussed otherwise (longer limbs, more outfit details).2. Open to simple gif animations (1 to 3 frames) starting at $60

【CUSTOM STICKERS OR CHARMS】

$50+ for 10 Stickers
$70+ for 2 Charms

1. Prices include the chibi art and said product.2. Sizes vary between 1.5 to 3 inches.3. Additional $10+ for different facial expression on back of charm.4. Additional Stickers or Charms will be an extra charge.5. Shipping is NOT included in the starting price.6. Previous chibi clients or art raffle winners wanting to purchase custom stickers/charms on finished commissions, please email or DM me.

*I am currently busy with cons and pop-up shops so I can only offer simple rigs at the moment.

Before Rigging Invoice

1. Please fill out the application form with the PSD file and all the features you would like.2. The PSD file must be rig-ready with parts already cleaned, separated, and labeled.3. If the file is not properly prepared, there is an additional fee for me to fix it.4. If the model artist style is outside of my element, I may not be able to provide cutting services.5. PSD revision notes can be provided for an additional fee.6. Payment for these services are separate and done before the rigging invoice.

Chibi and Half Body commissions may have limits on movements.

Any add-ons not listed can be further discussed.
